Aegis Prime Bio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"), supplies research materials to qualified purchasers. These Terms govern your use of this website and any order you place.

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA. You agree to use, store, handle, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and proper laboratory practice, and you assume full responsibility for their handling and use once delivered.

4Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and intended use comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your jurisdiction. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or represent these materials as suitable for human or veterinary use.

5Orders and acceptance

An order placed through this site is a request, not a completed sale. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment instructions are provided separately after an order is reviewed; no payment is processed on this site at the time of order.

6Pricing

Prices are shown per the catalog and may change without notice. Applicable pricing, discounts, and shipping are finalized when your order is confirmed.

7Restricted requests

We do not provide guidance on dosing, reconstitution, administration, or protocols. Requests of this nature will be declined.

• Acknowledgement record: the acknowledgement text you accepted, with a timestamp and IP address, kept as a record of consent.

• Technical data: standard information your browser sends (e.g., IP address), used for security and to operate the site.

To create and manage your account, verify eligibility, process and ship orders, communicate with you about orders and enquiries, and maintain security and records. We apply pricing and prepare payment instructions on our side.

4How we share it

We share information only as needed to run the business and as required by law. Service providers we use include: Cloudflare (website hosting and infrastructure), Resend (transactional email), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account, order, and consent records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations.

1Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

2Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from a live carrier quote based on your delivery ZIP. The rate shown includes our handling; temperature-sensitive items ship with a cold pack where appropriate.

3Processing and payment

An order is a request. After we review and confirm it, we send payment instructions by email. Orders ship after payment is received.

4Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

5Handling on arrival

You are responsible for proper storage and handling of research materials on receipt, in line with good laboratory practice.

6Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the enquiry form within 7 days of delivery with details (photos help), and we will work with you to resolve it. Resolution — replacement, credit, or refund — is determined case-by-case at our discretion.

7Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns except as described in Section 6 for damaged or incorrect shipments.
